Hmmm, I definitely like this better than the 311 version (which makes me want to puncture my eardrums), but it's still got me frowny. It's a good possibility that people will think Far East Movement wrote the chorus themselves, though I can only hope that Robert Smith read the gangster lyrics to the track and laughed for years. Other sample that bugs me: Kanye West's use of Daft Punk. I've spoken with numerous people who didn't know "Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger". Ugh.


Man yeah, that Daft Punk sample made for an awesome track, but it was such a shame to see Kanye once again, get more credit than he deserves (and we all know that I DO love me some Kanye and that I do acknowledge that he is in fact, a big deal). I also thought it was funny how Timbaland got a ton of credit for his "Remix" of One Republic's Apologize just by throwing in some zen-like chants and some more bass.
