Sasquatch 2010: Part 1

I've been fortunate enough to attend countless Warped Tours, Coachella 2005 & 2006, Sasquatch 2008, Capitol Hill Block Party 2008, Sasquatch 2010, and now, I have exactly 1 week to go until my inaugural trip to Lollapalooza; I couldn't be more excited. There are so many things that I love about a good music festival. To say "the sights, the sounds, and the smells" would be an understatement, but it's the first thing that comes to mind.

With that said, I thought now would be an appropriate time to finally share my experience from this year's Sasquatch with you guys. My second trip out to the Gorge this past Memorial Day Weekend was, as to be expected, an incredible adventure from start to finish. I'll be posting about the actual festival portion soon, but before that, here are some of my photo highlights from our three days of camping.

First meal: Fried pork knuckle with roasted garlic potatoes & onions - $5 and glorious; unfortunately, I was sick of meat and potatoes by the second day in. Go figure.

One of my photos made it to the latest Schmap neighborhood guide for Edinburgh.  It's a bad shot, but it still feels good knowing that there's a possibility, however small, that someone just might think to add climbing up Arthur's Seat onto their itinerary for an Edinburgh trip after seeing part of the view from my photo. =)
